The Southern Heritage Band is an award winning 5 piece band that has been playing together for over 10 years, the band is made up of some of the best professional musicians in this area. We have been nominated "Entertainer of the Year", "Club Band of the Year", "Female Artist of the Year" by the Terry Association. The Lead Singer is a "National Talent Search Finalist" and a "Female Horizon Winner" by the Lone Star Music Association. Each Member has over 25 years of "Professional" playing experience.
The Southern Heritage Band is an energetic group that plays a wide variety of music, including oldies, rock, standards, blues and country. We play everything from George Strait to ZZ Top to Patsy Cline to Rod Stewart to Eric Clapton and many many more. As a group that started as an Acoustic Group playing in local Coffee Shops, Senior Centers and VFWs... the group quickly became on of the most sought after private party bands around. The band receives many repeat dates with multiple bookings for private parties, weddings and corporate events. Several dates are booked as far as a year in advance.
Whether the band is performing for groups of less than 100 or for more than 10,000...they always get the audience involved in the show. The band supplies it's own Professional Sound System and Lighting for every situation. We have opened for Eli Young, Randy Rogers, Eddie Raven, and Terry Fader (America's Got Talent Winner).
